An Introduction to EEG

Join us in Las Vegas for this in-person event and learn the basics of setting up and starting an EEG recording
This workshop is designed for new EEG technologists and those studying for the ABRET board exam. In this two-day, in-person hands on environment, you will learn to measure the head, prep and apply electrodes, skin and patient safety, activate a recording and check impedances. We’ll also share tips on setting up a successful, efficient EEG laboratory environment and more. An introduction and demonstration to ambulatory EEG (AEEG) Is covered.
The workshop combines lecture plus hands-on practicum in small groups to ensure maximum learning. Registration includes all necessary materials for the course, and a certificate of attendance upon completion of course.
ASET CEUs are awarded after attendance at this workshop. The Neurodiagnostic Society has granted ASET Continuing Education Units [ASET-CEUs] for this program. Such crediting, however, should not be construed by program participants as an endorsement of any type of instruments of supplies mentioned or involved in these presentations.
To ensure the best learning environment, enrollment is limited. Registrations are taken in the order they are received. Tuition must be paid in advance to guarantee your space. Written confirmation will be emailed to the address provided.

Participants are responsible for their own airline reservations. Please do not make non-refundable airline reservations. Cadwell is not responsible for the refund of travel or hotel expenses under any circumstances
Cadwell reserves the right to cancel the course within 14 calendar days of the start date. In the unlikely event that a course is cancelled, 100% of the tuition will be refunded. Participant cancellations made more than 14 calendar days before the course receive a tuition refund minus a 20% administrative fee. The nature of the “interactive” aspect of the course from an equipment and instructional standpoint dictates that an optimal number of participants be maintained. Therefore participant cancellations made less than 14 days before the course start date, including no-shows, will result in the tuition being non-refundable and non-transferrable to a future date.
While we are planning to see you next year, your health and safety is our number one priority and we will work closely with the hotel to keep everyone safe. If, due to COVID-19 circumstances require cancellation, you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee.
